(More customer reviews)Seller shipped the correct item quickly and at a very reasonable price. However, the adapter arrived damaged -- through no fault of the seller. The adapter was packed well and packaging was not crushed.
It leads me to assume that the there are some quality control issues with the part itself. Were I you, I'd spend a few extra bucks and get a sturdier adapter.
