(More customer reviews)This is an inexpensive web cam so do not expect great things. It has a slow frame-rate, which makes video calling choppy and low quality. The focus is manual and the picture is very sensitive to light, which makes for a washed out picture/video. The only "software" is a downloadable driver, and the instructions at the site are not useful. All the controls are manual and do not even help to improve picture quality.
