(More customer reviews)I've used most of the major headsets over the years, from Jabra, from Motorola, SoundID, etc., and from BlueAnt,too (earlier models). High-end, mostly and the BlueAnt T1 is the best I've used. I use it with a Blackberry 9700. Connection and pairing painless, battery life excellent and call clarity very good (I've never had it drain all the way down). BlueAnt's earlier models always provided great value in that they performed near or better than higher priced competitors, but with several of my Blackberries, I found the sound quality a little thin and sometimes scratchy. The TI provides much deeper, richer sound than previous BlueAnts, and the scratchiness is completely gone. The TI is also solidly comfortable. I use the additional ear-hook and there has been less ear-flapping than with any of my prior headsets (and I've tried a lot of different designs, trying to find the right fit). I like the rubber sleeve, but it interferes with re-charging. Its no big deal, but I worry I'll drop or lose it some day when re-charging. Other Nits -- I miss the clip-on feature from earlier BlueAnt models, which allowed you to clip the headset to your pocket, shirt collar, etc., when not in use. The BlueAnt T1 doesn't synch perfectly well with my Ford in-car Sync system. But then, nothing does. The music player comes on in the headset automatically when you enter or leave the car, and whether the car or the headset picks up a call seems to be a running battle. Ford's firmware is almost absurdly poorly designed, so it may not be fair to lay this at BlueAnt's door. All in all, though, the TI is superb.
