(More customer reviews)Do not get this HP. I had to send it in several times to have repairs done and each time it had a different problem. First the camera didn't work (right out of the box) so I sent it in for the warranty work then when I got it back the screen didn't work. Then I sent it in again and then the hard drive kept crashing and the blue screen of death would come up about 4 out of 5 times on restarting. Not only that, the keyboard was smashed in like someone had dropped a bowling ball on it and several deep scratches on the outer lid. I spent several hours explaining this to tech support. They finally said they would send me a brand new one. About 1 year to the day after receiving the new one the screen flickers when tilting the screen one way or the other. There is only about a 5 degree area that it doesn't flicker. I've been told by a local tech support person that HP has a problem with connections on the motherboard. I will end up getting a new laptop and trust me, it will not be an HP. Blah!!!!!
