(More customer reviews)I've been looking for the longest time for a solution that would allow me to use any corded headset with both my cordless phones and my computer for VOIP. I always hated the fact that one had to have a different headset with 2 plugs for your computer and then another one to use with cordless/wireless phones.
Anyways, I really bought this product for the USB adapter that comes with it since that nifty little device allows me to simply plug that into my computer and use any headset that I have that works with my cordless/wireless phones. I just add this little USB converter to my travel pack and I'm good to go...one less headset to carry with me on my trips ;-)
Plantronics headsets have been hit or miss for me in the past but this one seems to work well...the little volume/mute control on the wire itself seems a little flimsy and plastic'y but other than that it works great with my Uniden ELBT-595 cordless phone system.
