(More customer reviews)I'm disabled from MS and need help from my husband getting out of bed in the morning. He usually gets up before me and is in another part of the house or out in the garage which is attached. Sometimes he will be outside on the patio which is just outside of our bedroom. When I wake up and need him to help me out of bed, I use the siren button on the megaphone and he can hear this no matter where he is. What makes this even more impressive is he's very hard of hearing, but he can hear the siren sound. This is my second one because I dropped my first one, which was a gift from a girlfriend, and it didn't work after that. I just couldn't be without my siren, so I found the exact same one here at a better price than anywhere else.
