(More customer reviews)Somehow I missed that other customers purchased a mic clip or holder since this stand does not include one. The reason for the "OK" rating though is because the paint on the base was a little roughed up and the mid-section height adjusting piece was also a little dented. It looks like a used microphone stand even though it was supposed to be new. The packing didn't seem to be the problem - it looks like it was shipped that way. Otherwise the price was good and it seems to be a solid base.
