This product is a superb solution for just that, the price is right, and the quality and specs are extremely high. It was important to us to have a preamp that was not the weak link in an otherwise top-notch system, and this definitely fit the bill. It has 2 mic and/or instrument ins, Phantom power, VU meters, extremely low distortion, and a great frequency range. We use it for 2 guitars, sometimes a mic, sometimes our electronic drums, and we couldn't be happier with it's performance and convenience! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! We would buy again from this seller anytime also!!
