The picture quality is bad and combining the web cam with a mic doesn't work: I got high-pitched noises in the background that were so loud and disturbing that I had to terminate the conversation with my friend. I contacted the company that makes it and they have been really slow in responding to me. I still haven't secured a refund. Do yourselves a favor, spend a few more dollars and buy a better product.
